I am dedicated to helping people work through tissue injuries by providing the most professional, educated and skilled massage therapy I can. If I don't feel I have the necessary skills to help a client progress to the next level I will recommend a provider I feel can get the job done.

Mobile massagE IS FOR EVENTS ONLY
What you need to know
It may be required to put a 50% deposit at the time of booking that will be non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
Please note that if any inappropriate behavior occurs during an appointment, the appointment will end at that moment and the full price of the massage with be charged. I am a licensed healthcare provider through the state of Washington and any behavior that would not be tolerated at a Physical Therapy or Doctor's office will not be tolerated during the massage.
AT THIS TIME I AM ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING INSURANCE:
PERSONAL INJURY (PIP)
I require all medical massage clients to bring a referral from their provider with a diagnosis code on it. This makes it easier for me to bill for massage, even if your plan doesn't require a referral, I won't bill insurance without one. The only exception are personal injury appointments (car accidents), I don't need a referral for those.
I am unable to bill insurance for mobile massage so all medical massages must be done at the Synergetic Massage office.
covid - 19
It's easy to forget the importance of wearing a mask when we've been doing it for so long, the mask fatigue is real, for sure! I want to remind everyone that it's still the law for all clients to wear their masks during their massage. It's going to be especially hard to remember this when I'm in a client's home and they just want to be comfortable. Please keep in mind that I work with a lot of medically fragile people who are on the high risk list so it's important for me to always do my best to protect them and not carry anything to them. I ask that you wear your mask during your massage no matter where the massage is taking place. I wear mine to protect my clients and my family as well as myself and I ask that you help me protect others. In my office I run a HEPA filter 24 hours a day and wipe down every surface in the massage space and the bathroom that clients come into contact with. I spray EVERYTHING with alcohol as well as using medical grade disinfectant wipes. I do my very best to provide a clean and virus free environment, but of course, there are no guarantees. I follow the rules of the law for massage therapists and in most cases, I go beyond what the guidelines of the CDC are.
Masks are required during your massage unless you have a documented medical reason why you can't wear one. If you do not want to wear a mask during your massage then I'm not the therapist for you.
If you have had any symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days of your appointment, please reschedule for another time. Symptoms can include, but are not limited to:
Fever or chills
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Muscle or body aches
New loss of taste or smell
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
what to expect
Before each appointment there will be an assessment of what needs to be worked on for the session. I review all information given to me prior to seeing a new client, but I like to go over everything in person just so I'm clear about any issues and how I can help. I use a variety of massage tools, such as, hot stones, cupping, purcussion gun and gua sha (light to medium scraping with a tool) during my massages. These are all included in the cost. I will always ask permission before I use anything on a client so if you know you don't like any of these items you just need to let me know.
