what to expect
Before each appointment there will be an assessment of what needs to be worked on for the session. I review all information given to me prior to seeing a new client, but I like to go over everything in person just so I'm clear about any issues and how I can help. I use a variety of massage tools, such as, hot stones, cupping, and gua sha (light to medium scraping with a tool) during my massages. These are all included in the cost. I will always ask permission before I use anything on a client so if you know you don't like any of these items you just need to let me know.
Please note that if any inappropriate behavior occurs during an appointment, the appointment will end at that moment and the full price of the massage with be charged. I am a licensed healthcare provider through the state of Washington and any behavior that would not be tolerated at a Physical Therapy or Doctor's office will not be tolerated during the massage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
DUE TO MY BUSINESS GROWTH, I WILL BE ENFORCING MY CANCELLATION POLICY MORE STRICTLY
PLEASE GIVE ME 24HRS NOTICE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL ON SHORT NOTICE YOU COULD BE CHARGED 50% OF YOUR APPOINTMENT FEE. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN TWO LATE CANCELATIONS IN A 12 MONTH PERIOD, AND YOU HAVE A REGULAR STANDING APPOINTMENT, YOU COULD LOSE YOUR REGULAR SPOT AND ONLY BE ABLE TO BOOK THREE (3) APPOINTMENTS AT A TIME. I UNDERSTAND THAT EMERGENCIES HAPPEN SO THESE WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AT THE TIME OF CANCELATION. IF YOU'RE NOT FEELING WELL THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE, DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE MORNING TO SEE HOW YOU FEEL. I CAN'T TAKE THE CHANCE THAT MY FAMILY OR OTHER CLIENTS COULD GET SICK.
