Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of advanced modalities that enhance the body’s natural restorative functioning. Light to firm touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and impart a sense of calm. Therapeutic massage can be used as a collaborative, supportive addition to conventional medical treatment of illness and injury, alleviating pain and stress, aiding soft tissue healing, and revitalizing the body.

Couples Massage
Enjoy the benefits of massage with a friend or loved one. This 90 minute treatment includes parafin hand and foot treatments while you enjoy the massage of your choice. Each massage is curated to the person receiving it so there is no set routine, you each get the massage you want. (These are only done one Sunday a month)
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.

Medical Massage
Medical massage is outcome-based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem(s) the client presents with. Treatment is administered after a thorough assessment/evaluation by the massage therapist and a plan of treatment is created.

Each client must present a referral with a medical diagnosis code from their provider to receive medical massage.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and movement of lymph fluids around the body. Lymphatic drainage is great for lymphedema, Edema, Fibromyalgia, Fatigue, Insomnia, Stress, Digestive problems, Migraines, Skin disorders and pre/post surgery.

This is an extremely gentle technique and can't be done at the same time as a regular massage.
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi
You can think of this type of massage as a healing practice that releases blockages, promotes circulation, and shifts energy. Long, flowing movements along the body mimic the waves of the ocean. This is only done in a 90 minute minimum session because it is a slow practice.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is one of the most commonly offered massage techniques. I uses long gliding strokes to promote circulation of blood and relaxation. It's sometimes called a relaxation massage. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.

Hawaiian Hot Stone Massage (Pohaku)
Pohaku massage uses hot stones along the whole body to massage the tissue. Oil is used to create a smooth glide along the skin and the warmth from the stones helps the muscles relax and sooth the soul. This can be a pure relaxation massage or a deeper, more therapeutic massage.
